Purposes of this activity

To practice using what you have learned in Listening and Speaking
To help Willamette students who are learning Japanese

Procedure

You will be in groups with one TIUA student and one or two WU students.
Divide your time so that you speak Japanese for about 25 minutes and English for about 25 minutes. Try not to mix the languages. We will start in English this week.
We will meet two more times with this Willamette class

Relax; this is a conversation not an interview
Look at your partner not at the desk. The focus should be listening and speaking, not writing. Make sure everyone in the group is included in the conversation.

Use these and similar phrases when appropriate!
