A: Excuse me, could you tell me where Safeway is?B: Of course. It's on Center Street, between 12th Street and 13th Street.

B: Turn right on 12th and follow the railroad tracks south for a few blocks.
C: You'll see TIUA on your left, between 12th and 14th Streets.
