Out-of-class practice groups

Purposes:

• To motivate you to practice pronunciation (understanding and speaking) outside of class. If you don't practice, you won't improve.
• So you can help each other when you do not understand

Procedure:

• Before you leave class each day, decide when and where you will meet. Meet for at least 1/2 hour every day. More than 1/2 hour is better.
• You may use tapes if you wish. See the handout about tapes.
• Make sure everyone participates equally.

We will change groups once or twice during the semester.

Your groups now are:

Sawako, Hiromi, Misato

Misa, Shiho, Nobuyuki

Tomo, Naoki, Daichi

Mayumi, Kazue, Misuzu, Hiroshi

Shintaro, Koji, Aya
