Two friends
A: Hi. How are you?
B: Fine, thanks, but I'm kind of busy right now. I'm writing a paper about SARS and how diseases like this affect us emotionally as individuals, but I'm taking a break for a while. And I'm listening to my Avril Lavigne CD. Do you like her?
A: I don't know anything about her. ... Say ... I'm hungry. Do you want to grab a salad somewhere? Then I'm going to go do some volunteer work at the elementary school.
B: Sure, a salad sounds good, but ice cream sounds good, too. I've been dreaming of chocolate or very berry strawberry.
A: Great. In fact, if I close my eyes I can clearly imagine vanilla ice cream that's white as a pearl.
B: Let's go.
