When you meet with your Willamette conversation partner, you will spend some time speaking only in Japanese in order to help the Willamette student complete her or his assignment.
After you have finished your conversation in Japanese, you will do the following activity in English. Make sure you do all parts of this assignment. This assignment is due on Monday, March 5, 2001.
Part 1 - Interview
- Please use English to ask the following questions of your Willamette partner. Try to be as conversational as possible. Relax and enjoy the conversation.1. Why did you decide to learn Japanese?

3. What kinds of things do you do to be successful in your language learning?

5. Ask your Willamette partner if there is anything they (WU student) would like to know about Japanese culture.
